International Duties and/or Taxes

  • Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
  • Any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be covered by us.

Delivery Time

  • In most cases, parcels will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival.
  • However, the actual delivery date might be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, or other external factors.
  • Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery time.

Shipment Tracking

  • A tracking number and link will be provided in the shipment notification. You can trace the parcel anytime.
  • If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact customer support within 7 days (from the date the shipment was undelivered).

Shipping Carrier

  • In most cases, parcels will be shipped by e-Packet.
  • However, if there is an alternative shipping method that is more effective, we will choose the best shipping option based on the country you are located in.

Loss of Shipment

  • We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery.
  • Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.

Change of Delivery Address/Contact Details

  • Address/contact details can be modified before the parcel is shipped. Please contact customer support to update a new delivery address/contact detail (cannot guarantee successful modification).
  • However, if the parcel has already been shipped, all information cannot be changed under any circumstances, and the parcel cannot be called back.

Countries/Regions That Cannot Be Reached by Logistics

  • Affiliated islands and APO/FPO military addresses in the United States, as well as remote regions such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • South Africa, addresses containing keywords like "box," "plot," or "farm," as well as affiliated islands, are excluded.
  • Japan excludes APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon-specific delivery locations.
  • South Korea does not accept PO Box or military addresses.
  • British Islands and Overseas Territories (such as Guernsey, Jersey, and the British Virgin Islands).
  • Middle Eastern regions, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon, do not accept PO Box addresses.
  • Afghanistan, Åland Islands, Angola, Aruba, Ascension Island, Barbados, Bhutan, Brunei, Equatorial Guinea, Haiti, Laos, Lesotho, Libya, Madagascar, Montserrat, Nauru, Nepal, Niger, Papua New Guinea, Palestine, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Swaziland (Eswatini), Timor-Leste, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Caribbean Netherlands, Guinea-Bissau, and Mauritius.
